Customer Service Operative


We have had a Trainee Customer Service Vacancy which has become available in a growing company, based within Cirencester. With plenty of progressive opportunities this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within an office.

The role will involve:
- Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls to the firm
- Completing all administration in line with company guidelines
- Dealing with correspondence from clients
- Processing outbound correspondence
- Updating in-house databases
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Fielding calls
- Providing reports
- Updating company literature
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience in an office ideal but not essential, must be from a customer service background
- Maths and English at C or above at GCSE level or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work as a team
