We here at Siamo Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to develop and make their mark within a growing business, This is an opportunity to become a sales specialist within a niche industry working with a vast clientele base selling software and services to the retail industry.

 

You’ll be liaising with some of the most well-known retailers along helping smaller businesses in order to develop their Electronic Point of Sale allowing companies to continue to grow their services with the technological era we all know today.

 

Our client promotes their Account Managers to have a 360 degrees role allowing you to develop a customer base from cold, supply to busy and growing accounts and picking up on warm leads coming through their database.

Here is an overview of the role you will partake as their Sales Account Manager:

 

  • To qualify new leads through all marketing channels including calls, e-shots and linkedin marketing
  • To respond and close sales enquiries via the website and inbound calls
  • Gain pricing information for clients from existing and new suppliers
  • Produce quotes within an efficient manner to close deals and provide the best service to customers
  • Purchase of stock and goods from suppliers
  • Produce invoices following closure of sale
  • Create weekly and monthly pipeline reports along with maintaining accurate records from all leads and calls made

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following exposure and key skills:

 

  • Previous account management or sales experience is essential
  • Ability to converse confidently with all levels
  • Driven, a drive to promote the business and yourself into a growing network
  • Attention to detail is key when liaising with customers and logging important information
