Business Administrator/Customer Service Advisor

Award winning recruitment company, Siamo Recruitment are looking to recruit Business Administrator/Customer Service Advisor for our valued client based in Nuneaton.

Salary: £9.00 per hour

Term: Temp to Perm.

Working Hours: 

09:00am - 17:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Duties Include:

  • Progress customer orders. 
  • Check and action order discrepancies, these must be checked on daily basis .
  • Take inbound calls and promptly identify and resolve queries by liaising with the team and other departments.
  • Proactively take on customer queries, ensuring all issues are dealt with promptly, keeping the customer contacted throughout the process.
  • Dealing with Warrenty cards, and queries.
  • Complete all admin tasks on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Manage and track all orders into the business through to timely closure

Full training will be provided. 

Pensions scheme is on offer, as well as 20 Days Holiday and Bank Holidays off too.
