We are recruiting for experienced high calibre Senior Customer Sales Executive for our client, an industry leading manufacturer in their field, with presence in over 136 countries worldwide.

Successful applicant will be responsible for the daily management of assigned customer accounts. This includes account management strategies for full solution adoption and utilization and expansion plans to ensure profitable growth within these customers, and will also be supporting the UK and Export Sales Representatives and focus on the activity of sales within a targeted framework of markets and customers to achieve annual sales targets. The mission is to increase customer retention, renewals and upsells/cross-sells by building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Experience Required:

  • Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing solutions effectively
  • Experience acting as a trusted and strategic advisor to customers
  • Proven capability to adapt communication style to fit geographically diverse styles
  • Experience in managing complex customer engagements
  • Able to build rapport with customers and to identify their needs
  • Experience using Microsoft Office

  • Highly motivated, with an abundance of energy, drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Head strong and able to handle challenging customer situations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability present recommendations to senior management in the organization
  • Proactive and passionate on a daily basis

  • Driving licence/own transport is essential due to location
