Sales Administrator

£20,000 + Commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a salad manufacturer based in Lichfield. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £20-25K per annum plus company pension and bonus scheme.

Since 1999 our home has been in Lichfield, England. We've been working hard to gain success throughout the UK and through hard work and determination we have now grown into nine European countries: France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, UK and Ireland.

The Sales Administrator's role will involve supporting the smooth running of the sales function with administration, category and market information and customer administration support for national accounts.

Duties will include:

  • Manage and maintain customer systems / run customer reports and liaise with customers direct on their specific administrative requirements
  • Compilation of category and market data to support the sales team as required (Kantar , Audits etc.)
  • Administrate promotional plans between sales team, internal business and customers
  • Support the compilation of analysis and financial information relating to tenders, JBP's, range reviews, customer presentations and pitches
  • Access challenge reports and provide analysis to determine insights behind performance trends for sales team to determine corrective actions.

The successful Sales Administrator will have:

  • Experience in Commercial or Sales within a similar food manufacturing market
  • Ability to work under pressure, organised and deadline focussed
  • Excellent system, spreadsheet and analytical abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
