Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Division
DOE- PLUS COMMISSION
Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a consultant to join their team in the Leicester.
The Role of a Recruiter is to attract candidates and matching them to temporary positions with client companies. You will work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
Recruitment consultants attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, social media, headhunting and through referrals. You will be screening candidates, interview them, do background checks and finally match them to their clients.
You will also be responsible for generating new business by using your sales techniques, lead generation, networking, and marketing.
Consultants also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.

Researching and sourcing potential business opportunities and contacts
Follow up business leads and identify news sales opportunities – to include cold calling
Preparing professional presentations for new clients, selling all the features and benefits
Attending client meetings and present to potential and existing clients
Promoting the company in a positive manner at all times
Negotiating on price with new and existing customers
Cross selling temporary, contract and permanent roles
Market research of competitors, new business opportunities and candidate sourcing
Managing advertising campaigns in order to seek new business
Manage tender process for new business and conduct presentations
Visiting both potential and existing clients to develop relationships and secure new business
Working towards and exceeding Sales Targets
Monitoring sales data and account performance
Key Account Management
Provide the supply of temporary staff to clients
Fulfil all orders within the requested period and keep the client informed
Maintain a temporary staff labour pool large enough to meet the needs of the business and to provide the opportunity for “reactive sales”
Creation and implementation of talent attraction strategy
Managing Advertising campaigns to attract the best candidates
Screening and interview candidates both over the telephone and face to face
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
Receiving and reviewing applications
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the temporary assignment in question
Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
Provide detailed information on the assignment to the candidate ie COT, AWR , and Health & Safety issues
Encourage a team environment at all times with colleagues
Pass onto other branch’s sales leads and vacancy opportunities so as to ensure the greatest success of the company
Participate in daily branch debriefs with colleagues as to expected activities
Hours of work 0800 – 1730 with an hour for lunch
Salary - Competitive DOE Plus excellent commission structure with zero threshold.
