Our recent successes are driving significant growth. As such, we are looking for an Analytical Automation Scientist, Grade 4 within our Analytical Automation Group. Your responsibilities for this role will be to liaise with analytical departments (GMP and Research) in order to facilitate the execution of high-throughput automated qPCR protocols. You will perform, develop and optimise new and validated qPCR workflows on automated qPCR liquid handler; assist with the execution of large qPCR experiment batches for Process Characterisation across different departments; perform data analysis using complex Excel worksheets; assist with the implementation of LIMS for automated PCR workflows; write, revise SOPsad provide training.
To be successful, you will be a graduate in a relevant scientic discipline with deep knowledge of real time qPCR, DNA and RNA extractions, automated plaforms and liquid handlers (Hamilton, Tecan, Gilson), worklists and complex Excel spreadsheets. You are also required to have knowledge of different coding languages
