Afternoon Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, for our client in Bristol on a Permanent contract.

£32,000 - £36,000 pa

You will work alongside the Operations Manager in a busy warehouse facility and can oversee a large team..

General duties will include staff briefings, running a trade counter, stock checks and working to strict deadlines throughout the day whilst maintaining a smooth operation based on high Customer demands.

Other duties include;

• Manage warehouse activities, including the yard and the loading of lorries.
• Master key holder for locking up.
• Manage day to day activities of the supervisor's and team leaders.
• Quality control.
• Cut counts and stock takes.
• Maintenance service checks on cutting machines.
• Monitor performance and troubleshooting across the site.
• Ensure processes and quality standards are met.
• Liasing with sales team to meet supplier demand.
• Support operations management team.

Ideal person would have:

• 10 years experience
• Experience of managing a team of 30+

£32,000 - £36,000
