 Pay Rates: £11.94ph 

Shift patterns: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00

Job Description

As a Warehouse Operative you will play an important role within the team by always ensuring orders are picked and packed, and ready to be delivered to customers. You will be a champion of customer service delivering through efficient coordination of warehouse stock and understand the importance of delivery timeframes.  

 Main Duties include:  

• Checking and putting away supplier delivered parts  
• Picking and loading vans accurately and in a timely manner 
• Checking customer returns for resale, warranty or surcharge 
• Checking stock quantities are correct against computer whilst also checking stock is stored in the allocated bin locations.  
• Working in a fast-paced environment, labelling boxes 
• Standing for long periods of time at the packing stations 
• Flexibility in supporting other areas within the warehouse including housekeeping 
• Completing work to a high standard to meet customer service requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure  
• A good team player  
• Work efficiently with good attention to detail  
• Understand the necessity of customer service & working to deadlines  
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills  
• Good communication skills  
• Knowledge of car parts and the automotive industry would be desirable.
