Core Responsibilities as a Personal Support Administrator:

  • Attend all external client meetings with an Advisor, providing driving support when needed.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and prepare review letters within the company’s CRM system.
  • Efficiently book and manage client prospect meetings and review sessions.
  • Prioritize client outcomes to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Manage technical queries by coordinating with the Advisor for accurate and consistent responses.
  • Redirect queries to enable the Advisor to focus on business growth.
  • Provide approachable and proactive support to the entire team.
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and key developments to boost your effectiveness.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as their primary contact when the Advisor is unavailable.

 

The Ideal Personal Support Administrator will have:

  • Proven experience in a support role within financial services or a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly interpret and convey complex information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly in record-keeping and client management.
  • The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with excellent time management abilities.
  • A calm, professional demeanour, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A strong commitment to client confidentiality and a professional, ethical approach to work.
  • A full UK driving license is essential.
