Core Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant:

  • Prepare detailed meeting notes and draft review letters using the business’s CRM system.
  • Attend external client meetings with an Advisor and drive the Advisor when required.
  • Address technical queries and ensure accurate and consistent responses by liaising with the Advisor.
  • Prioritize client outcomes to maintain high levels of satisfaction and service.
  • Offer approachable and proactive support to the wider team.
  • Redirect queries to allow the Advisor to concentrate on business growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and other critical developments to enhance effectiveness.
  • Efficiently book and manage client prospect meetings and review sessions.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as their main contact in the Advisor’s absence.

 

The Ideal Personal Assistant will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a support role within financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing records and client interactions.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with superb time management capabilities.
  • A calm, professional demeanour, even under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A commitment to client confidentiality and a high standard of ethical professionalism.
  • A full UK driving license is essential.
