Core Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant:
- Prepare detailed meeting notes and draft review letters using the business’s CRM system.
- Attend external client meetings with an Advisor and drive the Advisor when required.
- Address technical queries and ensure accurate and consistent responses by liaising with the Advisor.
- Prioritize client outcomes to maintain high levels of satisfaction and service.
- Offer approachable and proactive support to the wider team.
- Redirect queries to allow the Advisor to concentrate on business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and other critical developments to enhance effectiveness.
- Efficiently book and manage client prospect meetings and review sessions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as their main contact in the Advisor’s absence.
The Ideal Personal Assistant will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in a support role within financial services or a related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing records and client interactions.
- Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with superb time management capabilities.
- A calm, professional demeanour, even under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A commitment to client confidentiality and a high standard of ethical professionalism.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
