Key Responsibilities as a part-time Bookkeeper:
- Managing a variety of bookkeeping duties, including ledger maintenance, payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial statements.
- Handling VAT returns, overseeing subscriptions, timesheets, and expense processing.
- Providing assistance to team members and actively participating in meetings when needed.
- Processing invoices, creating new ones, and recording payments.
- Staying updated on relevant training, compliance, and company policies.
- Assisting clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Ideal part-time Bookkeeper profile:
- In-depth knowledge of the Cirencester area and the broader Cotswold region.
- Proven background in bookkeeping, accounts, or finance roles.
