I am currently recruiting for an experienced sales manager for my electrical wholesale client based in the LE4 area of Leicester. This role is offered on a permanent basis with an attractive salary of up to £45,000.

The role of a sales manager:

• To grow and increase the branches geographical area
• Consistently identify and develop new and exciting business accounts
• Work as part of a tight-knit branch team to achieve the highest standards of business excellence
• To be successful within this role, you must be a ‘Self-Starter’

Essential:

• Experience in working within whole sales, electrical or similar.
• Hardworking & ambitious
• The ability to effectively sell products and services
• Determination to succeed and exceed targets
• Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via the telephone
• The ability to build and sustain professional relationships
• Must be able to self-motivate, independently plan and structure your days whilst working to strict deadlines
• Must be a real team player
• A full and valid UK driving license is a must!

Desirable:

• Sales experience preferably withing the electrical industry
• A proven track record working in fast paced environments
• Solid & sound knowledge of the local infrastructure
