Member Services Business Change Coordinator
London (Soho)/Hybrid (Must do minimum 2 days in the office) 
£27,500 Per Annum

We have an exciting opportunity to join the UKs largest music licensing company for more than 130,000 performers and recording rightsholders.

As Member Services Business Change Coordinator your primary responsibility is to facilitate change management processes and support the embedding and adoption of the Member Services Transformation initiatives, supporting their senior managers with driving change within the Member Services Department and the development of department culture that embraces and welcomes change.

Reporting directly to the Member Services Transformation Manager, you will assist in the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans for the Member Services Transformation initiatives, conducting change impact analysis, coordinating stakeholder engagement, facilitating communication, coordinating training and support, addressing risks and resistance and barriers to the success of the change.

You will also be responsible for the administrative tasks, including the maintenance of project documentations, maintaining accurate records of change related activities, tracking progress against established milestones, and preparing regular reports for senior management.

This role is working 37.5 hours per week, normally working Monday to Friday 08:00am – 14:00pm.

 

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in change management, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, along with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-orientated environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.

 

Desirable Requirements:

  • Exposure to customer service focused environments.
  • Ability to consider the wider impact that change may have on a department or on the business.
  • Knowledge of established project and business change management techniques.
