 As the Customer Service Specialist you will hold the below responsibilities: 

  • Managing a client base, dealing with enquiries regarding their accounts

  • Lead customers through a journey providing them with support, assistance and direction
  • Manage inbound call enquiries regarding our clients products 
  • Managing a portfolio of client call backs 
  • Hold weekly training sessions with clients and new clients onboarded 
  • Deliver overview training effectively and professionally 
  • Working consistently to the highest standards to achieve or exceed both KPIs and SLAs in line with department objectives
  • Supporting the Client Services Manager with training new team members, including education
  • Attend product training sessions 
  • Gain client reviews from existing customers to grow brand awareness 


Our client is looking for the below exposure and skills for the Customer Service Specialist vacancy: 

  • 2+ years customer service exposure within a B2B environment 
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Proven exposure logging customer details onto CRM's 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Confident, flexible, adaptable with a mindset for professional growth
  • Positive and approachable with excellent communication and listening skills
  • Full UK driving license with own vehicle due to remote location
