Job Description: As a Transport Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our client's transportation services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating vehicle scheduling and dispatch activities.
  • Monitoring and tracking vehicle movements to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and driver activities.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to transportation operations.

Requirements: We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in a transport clerk or administrative role within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
