We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join our client. They are a UK leading importer and distributor of motor vehicle accessories. You’d be working with a close-knit team based in Swindon, working alongside an experienced sales team. Our client is currently going through an exciting expansion, so this is a great chance to progress your career.

With incredible uncapped commission you could be working towards £45,000 by the end of your first year! This is a perfect opportunity for anyone who is KPI driven, with a retail or sales background and someone with a passion for vehicles.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be fully trained and supported to maximise opportunities for the business and for you!

Your responsibilities as a Business Development Executive will include:

  • You will be fully trained in their sales process through following – up calls, taking in-bound telephone enquiries, internet and walk in enquires.
  • Answering customer queries from products, availability and delivery and supporting the process from the start through to completion.
  • Working towards and achieving KPI’s for unit sales and add on accessory sales.
  • Signing customers in for fitting, demonstrating and then handing products over.

The ideal candidate for our client will have:

  • Experience working within a sales role preferably within the motor trade, retail or customer service.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and within a small sales team.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Effectively work through the sales process and have the strength to close the sale.
