Admin Assistant in Kettering

Siamo is looking for a dynamic and reliable person to join as Admin assistant with one of our prestigious client in Kettering.
This role will primarily involve administrative tasks as well as supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Shift pattern 08:00-16:30 or 09:00- 17:30
Payrate: £12.10 p/h
Key responsibilities are:
Absence Managing
Handling payrolls
Raising and Receipting Purchase Orders
Handling personal date- GDPR
Must be followed at all times
Filling Scanning
Answering emails and telephones
Pay QueriesKPIs and client billing/invoicing
Agency and HR Compliance
Supporting the operational team with HR cases and letters drafting
Contract details:
Temporary position with the opportunity to move to permanent 40 hours per week30 min unpaid break per day
