Siamo is looking for an experienced Sales Support and Office Administrator!

Our client in Wellingborough, NN8, are looking for an experienced induvial with a creative flare to join their team as a Sales Support and Office Administrator. 

This position is a varied role that offers an induvial the opportunity to be involved in Sales, Administration, Marketing, Logistics and much more, being a small and more intimate company, it has a strong family feel, giving you the chance to be heard and express yourself and your ideas more freely than a larger company, whilst working closely with directors.

Our client is a Injection Moulding Machinery Specialist, so having a technically gifted mind is a strength that would be very interested in!

All training will provided.

What is offered to Sales Support and Office Administrator: 

  • £24000.00 - £25000.00 Annual Salary.
  • Monday - Friday. 
  • 09:00am - 17:00pm.
  • Wellingborough.
  • On-site Free Parking.
  • Canteen Facilities.
  • Straight to permanent positions. (6 Month Probation Period).

 

Main Duties of a Sales Support and Office Administrator:

  • Website management.
  • Marketing. 
  • Upkeep of Showroom and presentation of.
  • Logistics Coordination.
  • General office duties.
  • Sales Support

Key Requirements of a Sales Support and Office Administrator:

  • Content Creation.
  • Geographical Target Marketing.
  • Marketing Campaigns.
  • Stock updates. 
  • Testimonial collection.
  • Managing and maintaining contacts data base.
  • Machine and Pallet Collections and Deliveries.
  • Stock management. 
  • Visitor management. 
  • Inbound Customer inquiries and requests i.e., Quotation, booking visits, sale processing.
  • Maintain Service Reports and certifications.
  • Help design and edit of user manuals. 
  • Attend exhibitions and client meetings.
  • Ad-hoc tasks requested by management.

Main Skills Required of a Sale Support and Office Administrator:

  • Excellent customer Services and communication. 
  • Technically minded. 
  • Competent with Micro-soft office. 
  • Adobe experience is ideal. 
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Sale and administration experience. 
  • Content creation. 
  • Excellent time keeping. 
  • Digital Marketing experience is advantageous.
