This Customer Service Executive role has the below responsibilities: 

  • Providing support to customers through calls and emails 
  • Managing selected customers accounts providing them with support
  • Logging all customer updates via CRM
  • Working with suppliers to meet customer needs
  • Formulating data reports 
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners 
  • Supporting the head of operations with adhoc duties 

This Customer Service Executive role requires the below exposure and skillsets: 

  • Previous exposure within Customer Service is essential 
  • Previous exposure working in a B2C or B2B Environment 
  • Previous experience logging customer data on a CRM 
  • Microsoft Office proficient including Microsoft Excel 
  • Passionate towards Customer Service 
  • Natural relationship builder 
  • FULL UK Driving License
