Siamo is looking for a dynamic and reliable person to join as Admin assistant with one of our prestigious client in Kettering.

This role will primarily involve administrative tasks as well as supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift pattern 

08:00-16:30 or 09:00- 17:30

Payrate: £12.14 p/h

Key responsibilities are:
Absence Managing
Handling payrolls
Raising and Receipting Purchase Orders
Handling personal date- GDPR Must be followed at all times
Answering emails and telephones
Pay Queries
KPIs and client billing/invoicing
Agency and HR Compliance 
Supporting Operational team with HR cases and letters drafting

Contract details:

Temporary position with opportunity to move to permanent 
40 hours per week
30 min unpaid break per day
