Role Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Stock management operative where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring stock integrity and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities include implementing stock management techniques, investigating stock discrepancies, analysing data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate with various teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

To work enthusiastically, pursuing targets and ensure achievement of required Levels.

To contribute towards the overall teams Gate to Great objectives by assisting in the design, creation and reporting of KPI’s and Visual and digital management and through participation in OCCs.

SHIFT:  1x  Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:00

             1 x  Monday to Friday 14:00 – 22:00

Supporting the operations team in:

  • Supporting the operations team in ensuring all stock controls are adequate and robustly followed by all areas of the operation.
  • To initiate review processes in all areas of the business, with a view to examining and rectifying potential stock integrity risks.
  • To analyse and interrogate data and investigate any anomalies.
  • To support the site in ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.
  • To ensure that a standard approach to investigations is maintained using the tools and techniques of the company.
  • To identify, using Root Cause Analysis, any process failure issues and report and remedy using the tools and techniques of the company.
  • To produce detailed and accurate reporting for both internal and external customers.
  • To support company on Employee Engagement, Operational Excellence, Organizational Capability, Customer Engagement and Innovation
  • FLT driving (Reach Truck) a necessity.

 Key Accountabilities:

  • Understanding of stock management techniques and to apply them into practice.
  • Previous experience of stock investigation using analytical tools.
  • Ability to interrogate the WMS, collating data and report on findings.
  • Fully PC literate in all current required applications – JDA, Microsoft Office.
  • A basic understanding of the accounting implications of stock integrity to the business.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate at varying levels in the business.
  • Ensures that communication guidelines are followed when dealing with Internal and external customers.
  • Uses key skills to deliver reporting on key issues, assertively, friendly, persuasively, informatively and with clarity
  • Understands the team goals and objectives.
  • Promotes the team image as a reliable, professional team within the business.
  • An advocate for change using problem Solving to drive continuous Improvement.
