Position: Internal Account Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

Perks: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Summer BBQs, Team Events, Yearly Bonus

Work Week: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm

What You'll Do:

As an Internal Account Manager, you'll be the backbone of the customer service and inside sales team. You'll work closely with external customers and internal stakeholders to ensure we're delivering exceptional service and support at every turn.

Here's a taste of what you'll be up to:

 

βœ… Proactively contact "General Account" customers to anticipate future demand

βœ… Correspond directly with customers to address inquiries and provide assistance

βœ… Support our external Account Managers across the globe with day-to-day operations

βœ… Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with complaint resolution

βœ… Process orders, invoices, and credits with precision and efficiency

βœ… Obtain, evaluate, and process all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

βœ… Provide accurate pricing and delivery information to customers

βœ… Perform customer verifications and set up new customer accounts as needed

βœ… Manage customers' accounts within our ERP system with meticulous attention to detail

βœ… Keep thorough records of customer interactions and transactions

βœ… Communicate and coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless operations

βœ… Follow up diligently on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction

βœ… Uphold the good reputation of the company through your professionalism and dedication

 

What You Bring:
