Our client is looking to hire a Parts Advisor, passionate about building relationships with suppliers, customers, and the wider network, providing a driven team with the required materials and leading the way in their new division.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your established skillset, collaborating with Vehicle Damage Assessors, Repair Teams and playing a pivotal part in the Customer journey.

This Parts Advisor vacancy will have the below responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and ordering parts from main dealers, trade outlets, salvage operators etc.
  • Liaise and work with other departments including reception and workshop control
  • Manage stocks of components, paint, and materials
  • Promoting Supplier selections to Head Office for approvals
  • Receiving parts, checking and placing parts in numbered locations
  • Issuing parts needed to the shopfloor
  • Manage stock levels through the companies new computer system
  • Administer Parts returns and communicate exceptional items to the accounts team

The ideal Parts Advisor for this vacancy with have the below:

  • 2 years Automotive Parts experience
  • The desire to be part of a strong brand and contribute to the growth of a company
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to support the wider team with
  • Excellent customer manner
  • Ability to support the wider team
