An exciting opportunity has become available for the chance to work with one of Siamo’s esteemed clients, looking to onboard a Fleet Administrator to their flourishing Head Office in South Cerney.

As a Fleet Administrator you will succeed within a fast-paced, growing department responsible for overseeing the company's fleet vehicles, managing, and coordinating drivers and their schedules, whist collaborating with the transport manager.

You will already be experienced within the fleet sector and demonstrate high attention to detail with a proactive nature.

Our client offers this position as a temporary contract with a salary of £24,000 PA.

This Fleet Administrator role will have the below responsibilities:

  • Arrange and organise maintenance and servicing of fleet vehicles.
  • Liaising with drivers, clients and internal management.
  • Scheduling of vehicles in line with client requests
  • Check driving licenses and undertake driver inductions and checks/rechecks.
  • Maintain and update all systems related to our fleet, including Fleetio software.
  • Co-ordinate training for drivers as and when required.
  • Process and report any driving infringements, fines and charges.
  • Organise, distribute and monitor fuel cards.
  • Maintain up to date driver matrix and Personnel Packs, monitoring and logging driver changes.

The Ideal candidate for this Fleet Administrator vacancy will have:

  • A natural flare for attention to detail.
  • Ability to priories and keep worked organised
  • Strong IT Skills i.e. Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
