Assistant Branch Manager (Recruitment)

Siamo is currently looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their Northampton Branch in Northampton Town Centre.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day running of the office
Support various sites across the UK with recruitment needs in a timely and efficient manner to meet various client demands
Efficiently manage and coordinate temporary workers to meet client needs
Provide courteous and efficient service to all clients both internally and externally while maintaining the highest level of service standards at all times
Be responsible for greeting persons in a warm, friendly manner and be a true ambassador for excellent service, dealing with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face-to-face or over the telephone
You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop

Previous experience in a recruitment role is essential
Ability to understand our client needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting relationships
Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate needs
A strong leader capable of motivating and influencing others to work to defined procedures and standards
Excellent personal presentation
Ability to function independently with minimum supervision
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach

Key Skills:
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication
IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and Google Doc’s
Multitasking: Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-Motivated: Pro-active, positive, and energetic personality with self-managing capabilities
Flexibility: Flexible regarding working practices and hours
Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time effectively, and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

Office Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with the flexibility to work outside these hours to meet the business needs.

Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 DOE
