We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a security specialist who are a market leader within their field, due to growth and company vision our client requires a driven Administrator to manage the relationship between site engineers and internal teams.

Containing varied responsibilities for the hungry candidate to get stuck into this role also offers a Hybrid working pattern with 2 days based within our client’s beautiful retreat style offices.

If you're a confident communicator with an ability to provide a positive customer experience this is the position for you.

This Administrator offers clear progression path, and although initially a contract for 6 months for the right talent this role will go permanent.

This Administrator role holds the below responsibilities:

  • Obtain Engineers job records and accurately log on internal CRM
  • Create jobs through CRM’s to allocate engineers to (called work orders)
  • Creation of inspection reports
  • Maintenance of cases and updating accordingly with progress made
  • Cross referencing work completed with reports
  • Multiple stakeholder engagement and working with other teams inside of Veritas
  • Sending of customer invoices post site checks
  • Checking contractors insurance documents match the required to attend sites
  • Signing off and completing jobs once completed
  • Contacting customers via telephone and email

The ideal candidate for this Administrator role will hold the exposure and skillsets below:

  • Previous exposure within an administrative or customer service role is essential
  • Naturally a confident communicator with the ability to build secure relationships
  • A progressive and professional mindset with the want to grow
  • Previous experience with invoicing or customer queries would be advantageous
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Competent in Microsoft office and outlook
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Full UK Driving License
