Siamo is looking for an experience Powder Coat Unit Manager.

For you as a Powder Coat Unit Manager:

  • £40000.00 - £45000.00 Per Annum
  • Monday - Friday
  • 07:00 am - 15:30 pm - Early finish on Friday.
  • On-site parking.
  • Organized staff events. 
  • 22 Days holiday + Bank holidays.
  • Company Pension scheme. 
  • Further Training and Development. 
  • Staff Canteen. 

Required Skills of an Powder Coat Unit Manager:

  • Running and Maintain Powder coat paint line.
  • Experience managing a team of 5+.
  • Understanding of Industrial powder coating parts. 
  • Ability to reduce wasted materials.

Main Responsibilities of an Powder Coat Unit Manager: 

  • Liaising with buying and other departments. 
  • Ensuring work loads as equally distributed.
  • Effectively communicating with colleagues. 
  • Ensuring Powder coating machinery is kept in working order. 
  • Maintaining and checking relevant paper work for incoming and outgoing work loads. 
  • Checking off all completed work.

Key Experiences of an Powder Coat Unit manager: 

  • Managerial experience + 2 years.
  • Manufacturing environment.
  • Using Erp systems. 
  • Running and Maintain Powder Coating Machinery.

About you as an Powder Coat Unit Manager:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated. 
  • Ability to multi task efficiently. 
  • Keen eye for details.
