A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client who is based in Coalville, and we are looking to recruit an experienced Outbound Sales Advisor with sales experience to join their small and friendly team on a permanent basis due business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding company who pride themselves in what they do.

This role is office based working Monday to Friday 08.30am -16.30pm

Must be happy to work in a fast-paced environment and have a great telephone manner.

Job Responsibility

• Working on reception
• Handling of enquiries
• Dealing with orders up to invoicing
• Coordination of deliveries and returns.
• Customer Data management
• Support to production manager handling and coordinating a variety of situations.
• First Point of customer contact
• General admin duties

Candidate Requirements

• Sales experience is essential.
• Must be Team Focused.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Computer and systems literate.
• Great understanding of Excel
• Ability to communicate on different levels.
• Excellent telephone manner
