Warehouse Operative

We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing firm looking to onboard a warehouse operative to their growing team providing them with a hybrid role holding responsibilities within their warehouse and front counter acting as the face of the business welcoming customers and ensuring they receive a high level of service that our client prides themselves on.

This Warehouse Operative role will have the following responsibilities:

• Picking and packing of customer orders
• Meet and greet customers, undrestand their requirements and process of sales
• Take inbound phone calls and process sale orders
• Regular stock checks and stock replenishment
• Working as part of a team managing the goods in and goods out process
• Manual handling of products up to weight of 25kg
• Ocassional delivery driving as and when required by the company
• Reporting into the warehouse manager

This Warehouse Operative role will require the following skillsets and qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Sound working knowledge of the goods in and out processes
• Confident with the ability to confidently converse with customers
• Willingness to learn and be developed
• Natural team player with the understanding of a small business
• Full UK Driving License
