Offering a rewarding position with Siamo is one of our clients based in Maidstone, seeking a Customer Service Advisor. 

This role is key to the business’s success providing a high level of customer service ensuring the customers get the best possible experience.

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

Exceptional customer service skills 
Proactive positive mindset with the desire to exceed expectations 
Strong Problem-Solving and organisational skills 
Competent PC Skills 
Excellent oral and written communication skills 
A confident, pleasant, and helpful attitude to all internal and external customers' 
Ability to work independently using own initiative 
Previous experience in a customer focused role would be desirable 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

Receiving and recording accurately internal and external enquiries 
Ensuring all enquiries and problems are answered promptly, investigated, and resolved 
Making decisions on and processing customer requests 
Liaising with customers and managing return requests 
Investigating missing orders and taking appropriate actions 
Developing relationships and lines of communication between the Organisation and customers 
Advising customers of suitable alternative products and placing orders where necessary 
Supporting Inventory in managing all stock levels 
Ascertaining stock requirements from new customers, existing customers, ensuring product availability 
Dealing with and resolving customer complaints 
Promoting products and services to existing customers and end users 
Acting as a point of contact between internal departments and customers 
Updating and managing the customer profiles 
Proactively managing and liaising with customers regarding potential detrimental changes to normal service 
Assisting in maintaining own and other’s Health, Safety and Security 
Contribute to own personal development 
Ensure own actions support equality, diversity, and rights
