We are looking for Knitting Machine Operators for a prestigious client based in Leicester, LE4

The role will involve ensuring effective running of knitting machines, producing quality garments and meeting production deadlines.

You will have experience of working with electronic, industrial knitting machines and experience of quality checking garments throughout the manufacturing process.

There will be the requirement to support with maintaining machinery and reporting issues to the technicians and programmers if necessary.

Working Days/Hours

Monday - Friday

08:00am – 18:00pm

Overview of Duties:

• Prepare machines to run, with correct yarns as per the programmes
• Quality checking garments throughout the manufacturing process
• Ensuring production is running effectively in a timely manner
• Dealing with issues as they occur
• Reporting issues to technicians and programmers where necessary

Requirements:

• Experience using industrial electronic knitting machines
• Good attention to details
• Quality checking experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
