Experienced Digital Marketer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing person to work with one of our clients based in Luton.

Salary – £30k plus DOE

Based – Luton

Its an exciting new role for an enthusiastic, commercially astute E-Commerce executive. They are an industry leading hair/beauty specialist with over 30 years history of successful trading.

They are looking to take their business to the next level, they are focused on building revenue through direct online sales as well as key retailers across UK and internationally.

With relevant experience in online Marketing, e-commerce, website production, content management , reporting, social media and a strong customer focus, you will come in ready charged to optimise the performance of our online businesses.

They are a small family run business with a small and friendly team. This means you will get exposure to various aspects of the business.

Key Duties –

• Website management
• Recruitment of web agencies
• Updating content
• Reporting of promotions
• Managing search engine optimisation strategies
• Managing affiliate programmes
• Email marketing
• Social media marketing
• Supporting the marketing manager with offline campaigns if required

Skills –

• A degree , ideally in a business related field with a good understating of marketing in general
• Significant experience in an online content/e-commerce environment
• A strong communicator both externally and across function
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent copy writing and content writing skills
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and website usability
• A creative and flexible approach to adjust in a fast changing environment
• Understanding of online creative process
• Working with external agencies ( an advantage )
• Working with hair, beauty or fashion brand ( an advantage)
• Team player with a great attitude and positive mine.
